📦 HOLIDAY SHIPPING
We are working hard to minimize fulfillment and shipping delays during the holiday season. Please allow extra time for your order to arrive.
🚚 TRANSIT TIME
Carriers are selected based on the most efficient delivery method available. Most orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days, but transit times generally range from 5 to 14 business days, depending on your location and distance from our shipping center.
🏠 WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS
Please contact us as soon as possible at info@Astra-Jewelry.com with your order number and correct shipping address.
If your order has already shipped and you've received a tracking number, it may not be possible to retrieve the package. Additional shipping fees may apply to resend your order.
ASTRA & Jewelry® is not responsible for lost or undelivered packages due to incorrect shipping information. Please double-check your address before submitting your order.
🌍 INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
All international orders are shipped via the most efficient available carrier and delivered through your country’s local postal service.
Shipping costs are usually determined by the actual weight of the products and packaging. However, dimensional weight may apply in some cases, depending on the size and quantity of items ordered.
💰 CUSTOM DUTIES, TAXES & BROKERAGE FEES
International orders may be subject to additional import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees at the time of delivery. These charges are not included in our shipping rates and are the responsibility of the customer.
Please check with your local customs office before placing an order to understand the applicable fees.
ASTRA & Jewelry® is not responsible for customs delays or any duties/taxes owed. If you refuse a shipment, no refunds will be issued.
🔍 ORDER TRACKING & STATUS
Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please note: Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update on the carrier’s website after the label is created.
📮 DAMAGED OR STOLEN PACKAGES
ASTRA & Jewelry® is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages during transit.
If your package arrives with visible damage, please take photos before opening and email us at info@Astra-Jewelry.com.
If you believe your package is lost or stolen, contact us immediately with your order number and tracking number. You may be required to provide an alternative, secure address for redelivery.
